Terms and Conditions at Seaspray Guest House

Policies

• Check-in is any time after 4.00pm. If your arrival could be after 6.00pm, please contact us on 01766 522373. Earlier check-in times can be arranged prior to arrival.
• Check-out is by 10.30am.

Breakfast

A full Welsh Breakfast (or, by arrangement, a Continental Breakfast) is served in the breakfast room every morning from 8.30am – 9.00am, or earlier if requested.

Children Policy

• Children are welcome, but must be supervised by a responsible adult.
• We do not provide cots, so we advise bringing your own travel cot and own bedding for health and safety reasons.

Pets

We are unable to accept pets (except assistance dogs) within the property.

Bookings

• Bookings can be made directly with Seaspray or booked online.
• If for any reason cancellation of your booking needs to be made, we would appreciate being notified as soon as possible.

Payment

Cash and cheques are accepted.

Availability

In the very rare case that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot provide your requested rooms, you will be offered alternative accommodation.

Non-smoking Policy

Due to Government legislation, smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.

Failure to observe this policy will result in guests being asked to leave, being charged for the full booking, and being charged a £100.00 cleaning charge, which will be debited from the credit or debit card used in the initial booking.

Car Parking

We do have car parking, but there is on-road parking on both sides of the street.

Access Statement

Seaspray is a 3-storey terraced house. There is a terrace at the front of the property with ample space for sitting outside. There are two steps leading into a porch, which leads into the hall. Guests are welcomed here and given their keys, and then shown to their rooms. The breakfast room is at the far end of the hall on this level.

The front porch entrance is not accessible for wheelchairs, but assistance can be given to enable access into the house.

There are three letting bedrooms: 1 on the first floor (the family room, with a sea view and a private bathroom) and 2 on the second floor. One of these can be either a double or a twin bedded room, non-sea view, with en suite bathroom; the other is a double bedded room with sea view and en suite bathroom. We have no letting rooms on the ground floor.

• There is a unisex toilet on the ground floor.
• There is on-road parking; if prior notice of arrival is given, parking can be arranged immediately in front of the house.
• Assistance dogs are welcome and, if necessary, help can be given for walking the dog.
• Angle-poise lamps for use in the bedroom can be provided on request.
• There is a train station 5 minutes away from the Guest House.
• There is a local taxi service — bookings can be made by the proprietors.
• The town centre is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Guest House.
